Who We Are
Venture Grove Pty Ltd is a business growth and advisory consultancy. We assist small businesses in understanding their financial readiness and preparation for seeking short-term small business loans from third-party lenders. We do not hold an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) and do not act as a credit broker or intermediary.
What We Do
Our loan readiness service helps business owners:
- Understand typical lender eligibility criteria for small business loans
- Assess their current financial position against these criteria
- Identify gaps and strengthen their funding profile
- Prepare documentation and business plans that support loan applications
What We Do Not Do
- Arrange, broker, or facilitate credit or finance on your behalf
- Act as an intermediary between you and any lender
- Provide personal financial advice or credit advice
- Guarantee approval for any loan or financial product
Fees
Venture Grove charges fees for business advisory and consultancy services only. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or any remuneration from lenders. All fees are disclosed upfront in your service agreement or invoice.

You have the right to seek independent financial and legal advice at any time. If you believe you have been misled or that a complaint is warranted, you may contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at www.afca.org.au or ASIC at www.asic.gov.au.
