These Terms of Service govern your use of the Venture Grove website and client portal. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Venture Grove provides business growth advisory, strategy, and consultancy services. Our services include feasibility reports, business planning, marketing strategy, KPI and growth consulting, and loan readiness advisory. We are not a lender, credit provider, or financial broker.

2. Client Portal

Access to the client portal is granted by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All reports, roadmaps, and materials produced by Venture Grove remain the intellectual property of Venture Grove until full payment is received. Upon payment, a licence to use the delivered materials is granted to the client for their stated business purpose.

4. Payment

Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract a delay in service delivery. GST is applicable to all services as required under Australian tax law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Grove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or reliance on our advisory outputs. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
